Position: Sr. Sales Manager

The OEM Named business is critical to Microsoft’s success globally but also for the subsidiary PC Ecosystem. The Named business has been venerable due to the growth of our MNA partners and the segments high dependency on Windows Client. Our Named partners are important to Microsoft for their speed to market, and willingness to partner with Microsoft on new products & innovative technologies. Our Named accounts also partner with Microsoft at a local level to drive the Windows & Microsoft product strategy and value proposition to end users.

Microsoft and OEM recognize the value of the Named partner channel and as such are making significant investment to strengthen and grow this business. The role of the Senior Sales manager is to drive the named business forward to achieve revenue goals, GM & OEM scorecard KPI attainment & build a relevant and growing named business.

The specific responsibilities of the Sr. Named Sales manager include but not limited to:

Collaboration with Named Partner Account Manager to drive and achieve revenue goals across A13
Build a Named Partner Account Manager Community with the expressed goal to deliver business insight and value to the PAM’s and their business partners
Support the Named PAM community to realize revenue opportunities & growth opportunities
Engage with Top Named Accounts and facilitate their adoption of OEM programs to drive mutual growth and advance growth opportunities
Manage Think Tank team as the named business experts representing the WW feedback and view on named business growth and program design and execution timelines. This group will be the back bone of the Named business voice to OEM HQ but also to MS and is a key and important engagement to successful advancement.
Support and ensure 100% utilization of the Named Co-Op Program while working with Marketing to enrich and advance the program to better work for the partners WW.

In addition to these responsibilities the Sr. Sales Manager will also be expected to support the OEM named business through the monthly ROB process, QBR, MYR and executive reviews. The Sr. Sales Manager will also support and engage with Finance regarding forecasting, risk & upside analysis, COE and Get Well Plans to support shortfalls.

Profile required:

Education & Experience:

8 - 10 years sales, business development, sales management experience or related experience

Quota responsible with proven track record, program management & virtual team management

Business, economic or related 3rd level education MBA preferred but not required
