Education and Experience:
• MBA from a top-tier institution
• 12+ years of industry experience covering broad area of technology marketing
• On line demand generation experience (7+ years)
• Community marketing experience (3+ years)
• Should have led/managed teams – preferably global
• Very proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
OTHER ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ABILITIES:
• Business acumen - experienced in development and tactical execution of marketing plans with ability to deliver on goals.
• Works effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals.
• A consensus-builder and is capable of utilizing his/her strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills in English to successfully interact with colleagues, partners and executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to develop data-based recommendations
• Effective use of Microsoft Office products and basic SAP applications
• Ability to travel (25%)
Responsibilities:
Marketing within Global Ecosystem and Partner Marketing team
The Contractor will work closely with Global Ecosystem and Partner Group (GEPG) Business Development, Communities Of Innovation stakeholders, Field and Global Marketing stakeholders across industry, solutions and platform areas to craft and drive full-spectrum
marketing programs addressing the needs of key constituents. The Contractor will work with a small global team responsible for crafting awareness, enablement and monetization programs and campaigns.
Primary responsibilities may include the following Community Marketing projects:
• Positioning and messaging for some/all of the Company’s ecosystem pillars
• Conceive, lead and execute marketing efforts supporting the Company’s Community objectives covering awareness, enablement & monetization
• Building a comprehensive set of marketing content, assets and programs for the some/all of the pillars of the Company’s ecosystem:
Addressing the needs to the key constituents: potential community members, partners, Field, and internal and external communications teams
• Marketing output would include the following types of media: Online demand generation media (e.g webcasts), testimonials – viral video success stories, PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, ads and advertorials, web page content, including blogs.
• Key to success is generation of leads for community programs, distribution of marketing assets to the key constituents in an effective manner using the appropriate resources
• Drive thought leadership on Company Communities of Innovation and it´s impact and integration into Field GTM models and portfolio approach to demand generation efforts
• Craft and deliver senior executive facing regular communication on Community Marketing efforts
• Manage budget, track spending with Finance/Controller stakeholders and team deliverables to ensure business objectives are met, and provide reports on an as-needed basis.
The Senior Storage Software Engineer will be responsible for:
. Partnering with development engineers on unit level testing to learn the source code and functions within the various code modules to derive a proper white box testing suite for the modules.
. Implementing coverage monitoring tools so the testing can provide data and reports on code coverage metrics.
. Implementing tools for developing DD-Path program graphs to capture the internal structure of the code module.
Then, taking the lead in designing white box test cases for the module directly related to the program graph, using different coverage criteria such as path coverage, predicate coverage, statement coverage, loop coverage, and data flow testing.
. Automating white box test cases wherever possible.
. Analyzing & critiquing software and firmware module architectures and coding designs.
. Defining requirements for fault injection test points and bugged hardware.
. Developing unit test and verification test plans, test metrics, and test reports.
. Participating in test execution and providing timely test results and test data.
. Working with development teams on problem investigation and bug triage efforts to resolve issues found during Verification testing
. Working with Storage partners to resolve problems found in their code modules.
