Position Responsibilities - Summary:

VP of Marketing to focus on Corporate Marketing, Branding and Messaging efforts.

- Posses the ability to be attentive to detail as well as strategic.

- Seen as a respected and effective marketing leader with a strong competitive spirit and are action/results oriented.

- Possess a solid track record of successful development and execution of marketing programs as well as experience in leading a marketing team.

- Have successfully built and nurtured key customer relationships with major corporate organizations.

- Possess experience working in a company that provides software as a service over the Internet. Moreover, you have experience in a solution-focused company rather than that of a product-focused company.

- Experience in the enterprise content/document management space.

- Experience in leading a marketing team for a $100+ million dollar company or division of a larger organization.

- Thrive in fast growth, sales centric environment.

Professional Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree required - MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Marketing role with a minimum of 7 years in a key Director or Vice President of Marketing role within a service, software or hosted application environment.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in successfully motivating a team to achieve milestones on a timely basis.

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the keen ability to properly target presentations.

- Strong execution and implementation skills with a track record in successfully managing multiple projects in a deadline environment.

- Demonstrated ability in connecting a variety of marketing campaigns to sales results.

- The aptitude to understand web-based products and services, and how to market these services to Fortune 1000 customers.
