Position: Webmaster
Location: San Mateo

Company:
Candidate should be web savvy and business-oriented. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the corporate website. Develop applications, maintain workflow, and ensure the timely submission of various projects. Provide recommendations and make improvements to existing operations. Conduct testing and evaluate and monitor server, working with others to optimize the company’s website for speed, uniformity, and usability. Manage and improve the site technically and create reports on log files using analytics.

Requirements / Qualifications:
This individual must have enterprise-wide experience planning, developing and executing a corporate website. She or he must have created Internets, Extranets, Intranets and implemented content management systems.

Technical skills required:
Fluency in Flash, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CGI, PHP, Perl Script, and extensive familiarity with Java and Web Services. Apache server, familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, FTP, HTTPS, and Internet fundamentals.

Additional skills required:
Web page design/layout; digital design; project management; problem identification and resolving; reporting and communication skills.

Other requirements include:
Maintain corporate standard of clear and concise navigation and graphics. Strong leadership and ability to manage website from a marketing perspective, This individual must be flexible and capable of working with both technical and non-technical team-members.

Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience managing and maintaining a corporate web site.

Mnium Level of Education:
College or University degree in a relevant field.
