Technical Expertise:
Required:
- Web technologies like Servlets, JSP, DHTML, CSS and Javascript
- Strong experience working with Java language
- Experience with web frameworks like Struts/JSF and UI frameworks like Prototype/Dojo/Yahoo UI

Desired:
- Cross Browser, Localization and Accessibility/ Usability issues
- AJAX
- Flash/Flex
- Algorithms and Data Structures knowledge
- RDBMS and related tools
- Application Server specific skills like Weblogic, Websphere, etc.
- Performance tuning of Java and Web based applications
