Sr. Product Manager of Contact Center

You will be in charge of leading the development of a cross- functional strategy that expands both the company’s product portfolio as well as the company’s business processes with and end-goal of developing this business into a sizable portion of the company’s overall revenue. In addition, as the champion of the company’s contact center strategy, you will be in charge of driving its successful company-wide implementation.

-Must have proven track record of defining and delivering successful, products that lead the market with compelling
differentiation and high end-customer satisfaction along with the ability to manage all phases of the product lifecycle from conception to the end-of-life.
· Demonstrated ability to define and articulate product positioning in product launches, sales training, sales training,
field marketing, promotion and incentive programs, and on-going sales support activities
· Must have a minimum of 6 years increasing responsibility in Product Management in the contact center of interactive voice response / self service market place.
-BS/BE/BA in a related field or equivalent experience required. Technical Degrees and / or Masters Degrees are desirable.
