My name is Jackie Sorce and I am the Owner/President of Sorce Solutions,
Inc. (SS, Inc.) SS, Inc. is a consulting firm based in Denver, CO who works
with companies who seek to do a mass amount of growth in a short amount of
time. Currently, one of our clients with the biggest needs is looking to
hire a Human Resources Director.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Telco, satellite or cable,
have the ability to make solid relationships quickly, and win supporters.

Responsibilities/Experience:

- Manage all HR and staffing functions
- Delivery and planning for compensation, benefits, payroll, training,
recruitment, employee relations, risk and safety

Experience/Qualifications:

- Background in satellite, cable or Telco industry
- Experience with program development, metrics and reporting
- Ability to build successful relationships
- Travel - 10-15%, more in the beginning

Compensation:

$90 - 100k depending on years of relevant experience,
education, etc.
