Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement user interface elements
- Adopt, embrace, and promote agile and test-driven practices with your peers
- Value team excellence over individual productivity
- Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well
- Mentor others in UI development technologies, tools, and processes

Required Skills/Experience:
- Track record of being a top performer in their current and past roles
- Strong user interface programming skills including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
- Experience with Java programming on the front end and middle tier
- Strong understanding of XML, DOM, and other W3C standards
- 2+ years experience developing web user interfaces
