I’m not in HR, but My company has notified all of us employees that they
are looking to fill 3 positions.

They are *NOT* going to accept resumes from 3rd party staffing
companies, but are hoping to get referrals from other employees like me
instead (Disclosure: yes there is an internal referral bonus for me.

Currently there is one position for a Software Developer (Windows Driver
Dev. - Marlborough, MA) and 2 positions for Sales Executives (McLean, VA
and Baltimore, MA.)
