Position: Sr. COBOL Programmer

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Conmpany:

We have an immediate need for a Sr. COBOL Programmer. This is a CONTRACT POSITION for 6 - 12 months with our client in Santa Clara, CA.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be supporting the existing COBOL applications in HP 3000 environment. There will be no new development activities in this project.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in programming with COBOL.

Hands-on experience with HP 3000 (At least 5 years)

3 years of experience with JCL, Supertool, and Cognos Powerhosue

Experience with SQL (2005) and .Net is a plus but not required.
