Position: SANScreen Residency

Location: Arkansas

Here are the basic requirements:

1. Storage Area Network (SAN) configuration and support experience
required.

2. Previous SANScreen (Onaro) experience a huge plus.

3. Knowledge of data storage not required but a “nice to have”.

4. NetApp storage knowledge not required; preference is to have
Hitachi and/or EMC storage knowledge.

5. Selected candidate will have first-line support responsibility for
SANScreen questions and issue resolution at WM.

6. Strong interpersonal skills required; needs to be seasoned enough
to deal with demanding customer.

7. Willing to work after-hours as needed.

The plan is for the person to get about 1-month of hands-on training with
our SANScreen deployment team and specialized PS SANScreen team as part of the 6-month on-site residency.
