Position: IT manager and Network Administrator

Details:

1. IT Manager:

Notes:   FT role, might spend a month or two on contract, hands-on manager in a typical start-up scenario, must know how to move their IS to a hosted strategy model, experience w/ virtualizing servers, familiarity w/ MS platform and products 7-8 years exp. w/ about 5 in an IT managerial role

2. Admin.

Notes:   FT, Reports to IT Mgr, must know MS Exchange, subNet, VLAN, web-hosting (they need someone to provide ideas on deploying all components of their website through a single solution instead of dealing w/ multiple vendors as well as for developing an IT strategy in consonance w/ the IT Mgr.) 5+ years hands-on exp. w/ virtualization, VLAN, triage experience, end-user requirements, remote support
