Position: Functional Medical Consultant

Hello and please forgive the intrusion of your day. We currently have BRAND
NEW opportunities to share with you.

PROJECT DETAILS:
Project is in Jacksonville, FL and consultant must be on-site for
approximately 2-4 weeks during the planning portion/design of the project.
Once this is “blessed,” the consultant will work one week on-site and one
week remote (working from home office).

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
Consultant must know Care Advance, Click2Care, Med
Decision or automated package similar to these. RN is preferred - although
not required. Consultant MUST KNOW and have a COMPLETE understanding of the
workflow capabilities within a package such as these.

COMPENSATION:
Should consultant opt for W-2 arrangement (with matching 401K
available, etc), pay scale is 60-65 hrly (depending on skill sets,
education, etc). Should consultant opt to be in a 1099 arrangement, pay
scale is 60-70 hrly (depending on skill sets, education, etc).
