Position: Production Support Analyst

Location: Broomfield, CO; Tempe, AZ; Leonia, NJ; Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE


Individual will be responsible for interacting with the internal and
external customers directly in relation to system and batch related
requests, problems, and batch processing on the iSeries and open systems
platforms in a multi-customer environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage and perform service requests for job scheduling services, module
moves, or other approved work as assigned. Maintain scheduling software job definition databases, calendars, tables as required. Provide monthly
statistical reporting. Attend customer meetings and work on projects
including software and system upgrades, disaster recovery planning and
testing, and customer projects as assigned. Research and resolve batch
scheduling conflicts and issues. Create and maintain internal and customer
documentation related to the batch environment. Coordinate batch processing around change control windows. Support automated or manual job parameter set up, including date parameters or other required inputs. Identify and support process improvements and automation initiatives. Provide on-call services 24/7 for processing issues on assigned customers.

Qualifications/Education Required:

Required Skills:

Scheduling experience; iSeries (AS400); customer service; problem management; ticket tracking systems; monitoring devices such as IO/Concepts and a scheduling software package such as ROBOT, Autosys, TWS Maestro. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interact and
communicate effectively with internal and customer teams at all levels.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task when required.

iSeries (AS400), Unix, Windows


3+ years iSeries Operations or primary Job Scheduling


BS or equivalent Fields of Study: CS or related


$52,000 - $60,000- depending on years of relevant experience, education, etc.
