Decision Support Documentation.  The Geospatial Intelligence Branch Officer is responsible for obtaining accurate, empirical data that can be used to brief decision?makers at various levels within the process (e.g., MCCDC, MCSC, Marine Requirements Oversight Council– MROC).  This includes technical and programmatic recommendations, milestone decisions, and plausible execution of the selected strategy.  The Documentation Specialist is responsible for developing and providing the Geospatial Intelligence Branch Officer associated decision support documentation, as required and based upon information and format requirements provided by the Geospatial Intelligence Branch Officer. This includes a draft and final study plan, administrative support to IPTs, documentation of analytical efforts, fact?finding, and in-progress briefings to stakeholders and IPTs.  The Documentation Specialist is responsible for maintaining a catalog of supporting documentation for presentation to decision?makers, ensuring the integrity of the data environment (e.g., contact records, working IPT records, models, databases, results), and assisting with the production of JCIDS documentation in accordance with CJCSM 3170.01G.

Production of CBA JCIDS Documentation. The Documentation Specialist shall produce JCIDS documentation for each phase of the CBA process to include capability requirements analysis, capability gap analysis, and solutions analysis summary reports.  The draft of these reports shall be prepared by the Contractor.  The Government expects that all documentation will go through an editing process to ensure proper grammar, verbiage, and accuracy of content prior to delivery. The Candidate shall have 5 plus years of prior experience in creating and delivering documentation based upon prior CBA projects and hold a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
