Product Support Manager
Start with Definition of the product support, not a customer facing role, make support better & cheaper business-wise, internal facing mostly, X-functional role, represent Tech Support across the company, reduce time to resolve issues. Someone who has set up Infrastructure from scratch before. Communicate to customers (web portal, email alerts, etc,) about product, its new features, maintenance releases, and other advisory materials, inform the filed about patches, updates, etc. bug base, supportability, represent support & own Product Support function, grow the group & become a Director, Operate with minimum supervision & guidance. Help with planning, articulate needs of support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-of-Life and End-of-Support:
- OEM / technology partner Interlock:
- Strategic organizational planning
- Processes
- Cross-functional interlock
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years in the Product Support area with a minimum of 3 years of managing/owning the Product Support function with a company
- Prior experience managing Product Support is required within last 5 years
- Experience with NAS products and other complex hardware/software technologies is a major plus
- 4-year degree or better from an accredited institution
