Position Responsibilities - Summary:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst job is to perform analysis for small and
medium-sized projects and is a key contributor to larger projects. As a Sr.
BSA you will prioritize and organize incoming work requests, document
business requirements, develop system specifications and make system design
recommendations for our Oracle eBusiness Suite platform.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Functional Lead:

- Fill functional lead or system expert roles on Oracle-centric
business application projects

- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to understand
project objectives, use cases and business requirements

- Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements,
and system specifications

- Diagram business processes and system workflows at varying degrees
of detail depending on audience

- Evaluate current state and research effective solution designs to
achieve requirements

- Apply problem solving techniques to overcome complex business
obstacles

- Assist in end user testing and cyclical regression testing of
Oracle eBusiness Suite

- Configure production applications as part of project deliverables
and or maintenance initiatives

- Provide Tier 2 support and subject matter expertise to the Oracle
Help Desk

- Maintain post-implementation relationships with the business
owners Project Lead

Project Lead:

- Fill Project Lead role on small/medium sized projects

- Conduct kickoff, discovery, status, and Steering meetings

- Manage project plans and deliverables, ensuring a high degree of
quality and compliance with general computer controls

- Manage client relationships, project scope, project risks, and
business expectations

- Establish project schedule with input from subject matter experts

- Communicate and present status of project to client, project
manager, team members and management
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 6+ years experience implementing and or supporting Oracle
eBusiness Suite specifically PO/INV/BOM/WIP/OM/Shipping

- 1+ years experience implementing and or supporting Oracle
iProcurement

- Minimum of 2 full Oracle Applications implementation project
lifecycles including Requirements, Solution Design, Development, Testing,
and Transition phases

- Performed Functional Lead roles on enterprise-level business
system projects

- Functional expertise implementing and or supporting 2 or more of
the following: Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle CRM

- Functional understanding of underlying Oracle Applications data
structures and data flows (eTRM)

- Ability to use SQL tools to aid in analysis research, requirements
mapping, and data validation

- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,
Visio), Toad or other SQL tools

- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 rules and compliance

- Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)

- Ability to gain consensus and influence stakeholders

- Engage cross-functionally to ensure project success and
stakeholder satisfaction

- Education - BS or MS in CS
