Seeking System Management and Records Management Constultants

I need a couple of experts for consulting on patent related activity.  In both cases I am seeking individuals who know how various products in the space work, how to translate terms and concepts, and how to obtain documentation.  Extra credit for reverse engineering ideas.  I am seeking people who know this already — not looking to pay for learning the space.

1. System Management: HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, CA Unicenter, BMC Patrol etc.

2. Records Management: 5015.2, EMC Documentum, IBM FIleNet, OpenText,  etc
