My name is Jackie Sorce and I am the Owner/President of Sorce Solutions, Inc. (SS, Inc.) SS, Inc. is a consulting firm based in Denver, CO who works with companies who seek to do a mass amount of growth in a short amount of time. Currently, one of our clients with the biggest needs is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Lead.

Description:

Designing and implementing test cases, preparing test data, executing
tests and review/evaluate results.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering,
or related technical field.

- 5-7 years in the software test/QA field with growing levels of
responsibility.

- 5-7 years experience designing, developing, executing and
maintaining test cases and procedures.

- 2+ years working in UNIX or Linux environments.

- Experience testing in data-intensive environments

- Experience testing all tiers of a system

- Experience deploying builds in a test environment

- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

- Proven skills in testing and quality assurance

- Experience writing and executing test plans and test cases with
minimal guidance

- Document precise and concise defect reports and test results

- Strong software analysis skills

- Strong SQL skills

- Strong analytical, organizational and conceptual skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Fast learner - learn new technologies and product functionality

- Adjust to changing focus and/or priorities

- Scripting languages and XPath a plus

- Familiar with the following development technologies: Postgres,
Oracle, SQL, XML, Linux, HTML, J2EE, Spring, JSP, Java, SWT/Swing
