Position Summary:

My client supports its world wide sales operations with SalesForce.com, BigMachines as well as the Oracle e-Business Suite. Principal business system analysts play key roles in supporting the firm’s global operations by applying their subject matter expertise meet business objectives. The team supports all enterprise software including the Oracle e-Business Suite, SharePoint as well as SalesForce.com. The position’s responsibilities will focus on SalesForce.com, BigMachines and interfaces to and from the Oracle e-Business Suite.

Reports to the Manager of Business Applications.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include (but are limited to):

- Technical project management and consulting services to internal customers

- Implementing new modules

- Operational support

- Administration

- Regression testing

- Specific duties will be dependent on skills and experience as well as interests. Those not looking to grow skills and hoping to learn something new every day should not apply.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- 7+ years progressive experience supporting CRM software and significant SalesForce.com experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience & significant experience with SalesForce.com administration and support.

- Working knowledge of BigMachines, Oracle CRM and the Oracle e-Business Suite.
