Required Skills and Competencies:

- Strong Visual Studio, Visual C#, ASP.Net (3.X)

- Experienced with Visual Studio Team Suite/Team Foundation Server (VSTS/TFS)

- Experience with Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF)

- Strong understanding of the relational database models - Specifically SQL Server 2005/2008 & MS Access

- Experience with N-tier Architecture Design

- Experience with Web Services Implementations

- Strong Analytical Ability

- Experience with Project Manager Tools - MS Project, MS Visio

Pluses:

- Microsoft CRM

- Some experience with: LINQ, WCF, WPF, WF, MVC, SSIS, MSF, TDD

- Experience with Programming Methodologies: Agile, XP or SCRUM

- Investment Management Domain Experience
