Come join Intuit as part of the Small Business Channel Marketing team as a Brand Advertising Senior Analyst to drive analytics and reporting across different marketing channels.

Your Opportunity at Intuit:

The primary goals of the position are to drive and support revenue growth by:

- Drive a comprehensive testing and measurement plan to optimize and grow our $30-$50M advertising spend
- Identify and manage third-party vendors to generate forward-looking predictive modeling and forecasting with rich media insights to optimize media mix and timing
- Partner with internal partners to gather and vet sales and marketing data as inputs to the analytics
- Analyze and report on results of offline (primarily TV, radio and print) advertising campaigns
- Provide recommendations to improve ROI of upcoming advertising campaigns
- Develop clear and compelling ongoing communication plan for discussing advertising learning and results with various internal audiences

Your Talents:

- Relevant industry experience in offline advertising and how to measure and optimize it
- Outstanding ability to clearly communicate actionable insights, recommendations, data, context, and implications as well as statistical concepts to marketing business partners at a level appropriate for the audience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel. Ability to synthesize and analyze large sets of data to yield actionable findings (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
- Keen ability to glean meaningful insights from large volumes of disparate and sometimes fuzzy data, separating out advertising effect from other marketing and external levers.
- Attentiveness to subtleties in metrics definitions and potential data discrepancies
- Project management skills to manage relationship with third party vendors
- Business acumen to understand the Small Business product ecosystem and marketing channels
- Ability to work with marketers to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills to extract and manipulate data
- Independent thinker, self-starter
- Strong attention to detail, as well as analytical and time management skills
- Strong team player to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners
- BS required. MS/MBA or equivalent work experience with proven results a plus
- Experience in web analyses using standard clickstream analysis tools (Site Catalyst) and business intelligence tools (Business Objects) is a plus
- Experience applying statistical analysis to drive business decisions using tools like SAS is a plus
