Position: Treasury Analyst

In this position, the individual will be responsible for executing manual wires and updating daily cash positions, managing/assisting in month-end reporting processes related to cash, and managing commercial banking relationships by coordinating with banks to open/close bank accounts, updating banking services, and monitoring banking charges and bank service level. The individual will prepare short to medium term cash forecasts, monitor cash position to cover cash commitments, manage world wide subsidiary cash requirements, coordinate movement of excess cash to and from investment accounts, and develop and manage cash management strategies, policies, and systems. Finally, the individual will execute overnight investment of corporate liquidity, arrange and manage revolving credit facilities and banking arrangements to support short-term financing and liquidity needs, assist with the implementation of global banking platform, and assist with other treasury functions when necessary, including risk management, foreign exchange hedging, and fixed income investment.

This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience progressive Treasury experience in a multinational organization. The ideal individual must have good understanding of interest rate, currency, fixed income markets, macroeconomics, cash management, money markets, and relevant accounting standards, along with a proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
