Position Responsibilities - Summary:
The Sponsored Products Systems Team is responsible for providing systems
capabilities to Hedge Management, Trust Company and Management Portfolio’s
business units. Members of the team play critical roles in the firm’s
success by providing technology solutions which improve the quality, speed,
and efficiency of highly complex decision-making processes.

They are seeking candidates for a Senior Systems Analyst position who can
work closely with the firm’s business and technology teams to help define,
implement, test, and support solutions to business problems.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective client relationships across
multiple business teams.
- Work closely with these investment professionals to understand
business problems and to create effective technical solutions.
- Work closely with members across the IS department. Actively
participate in the analysis of requirements, design, test, deployment, and
support of new technology solutions.
- Stay abreast of the “state of the art” as it relates to technology
trends and business processes, both within the firm and throughout the
industry.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- A minimum of ten years experience in the financial services
industry, with five years of experience in the investment industry or global
capital markets
- Previous experience in systems role supporting investment
management/trading/investment bank professionals
- Previous hedge fund or trust company business systems experience
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis or medium to large
initiatives including knowledge of software requirements gathering processes
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology
- Demonstrated client focus and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex concepts and to learn
quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical
production environment
- Strong delivery focus
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- CFA charter, or work towards one is strongly preferred.

Keys to this Position:
1. Strong Systems Analysis skills are required.
2. Domain Knowledge:  Hedge fund experience would be ideal. However, we
will also look at other Front Office knowledge in any of the following
areas:  Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.
3. Technical:  SQL skills, PL/SQL, the ability to query the database with
SQL, database analysis skills are required. PL/SQL - Oracle Preferred.
4. Strong Client Interface skills. This individual will interface directly
with Investment professionals so therefore must have strong client interface
skills.

Compensation:
