Position: Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Engineer who is interested to get in at the ground-level of an exciting stealth-venture in Personal-Networking software. We have completed the Alpha, received very good reviews from investors and users, working towards the Beta-trial.

Skills Required:
- Core Java, XML, MySQL, Spring, Hibernate, Struts expertise (at least 5 years)
- Experience developing commercial Web/SaaS software
- Familiar with social-networking services and their APIs (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Familiar with analytics and data-mining
- Previous experience working in a startup environment a plus

Compensation: Cash/Equity package based on Experience
Full-time, Part-time, Contract options
