Position Responsibilities - Summary:
The IT Client Systems Team is responsible for the development and support of
Corporate Business applications. This team consists of approximately 35
technology professionals whose key functions include application
development, system integration, application support, and production
support.  The supported business areas are Client Services, Performance
Analytics, Business Development, Renewable Resources, Finance, and Human
Resources.
The .NET Developer will drive the design and development of a CRM Upgrade
project.  The development team currently consists of three CRM experienced
developers out of Boston. The candidate will need to hit the ground running
with minimal technical training, and should be familiar with the Microsoft
technology stack in general, and .NET in particular

Position Responsibilities - Detailed:
- Provide technical designs following object oriented design
methodologies and best practices

- Drives the design effort, mentors the team in design

- Hands-on development of design components

- Review (both code and design reviews)

- Produce effective technical documentation

Required Skills and Competencies:
Mandatory requirements:

-  Overall 7-8 Years of experience

-  Several years of .NET experience, including 2-3 years of working
with .NET 2.0

-  Very strong, hands-on in object-oriented design and patterns in
.NET

-  Strong Experience with .NET 3.5

-  Strong Experience with C# 3.0

-  CRM development/customization experience in general and Pivotal
in particular would be a plus

-  Familiarity with distributed enterprise applications (systems
that span several physical machines)

-  Experience with automated unit testing

-  Database proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2000 or preferably
2005)

-  Experience with Object Oriented design tool

-  Experience in the financial services sector preferred

-  Undergraduate degree in technology discipline
