Position: Director Engineering
Location: Los Angeles area

Company:
The Broadcast Communications Division of an international communications and
IT company is looking for a Director of Engineering to manage a high tech,
multi-location (US and international) team in designing and sustaining
software and hardware development efforts of the video server and eventually
news / sports and compressed domain groups. The position is located about 25
miles from Los Angeles. Travel estimated at about 25%.

Seeking candidates with:
- Minimum of 10 years engineering management experience in products,
including R&D, development, and product management with strong server
product knowledge
- Minimum 15 years experience in broadcast or related industry.
- Working knowledge of principles of P&L management
- BSEE (or related) with MBA or MSEE preferred
