We are a well funded firm by top tier VC and corporate firms that is based in San Jose. We are a 20 person firm involved in truly disruptive technology. We provide software and IP that enables direct write e-beam lithography for production of System-on-Chip integrated circuits (SoCs). Reductions both in design time and manufacturing turnaround time are achieved when neither optical lithography nor masks are needed to make integrated circuits. For modest production runs of 100,000 chips or less, direct write techniques are more cost effective by eliminating mask. The estimated market for out technology is in excess of 300 million.
VP Engineering- (Strong in engineering processes) significant semiconductor/ eda experience desired)

- 10+ years of experience in product development with track record and experience in bringing out products to market on time with quality are essential. Previous successful experience working with startup is highly desired
- As a start-up, everyone needs to take on individual contributor roles in addition to management : product engineering, product marketing, and various specification and documentation tasks are examples.
- Successful individual should be an expert user and be able to do documentation as a hands-on contributor
- Background with hardware-bundled software solutions experience is a tremendous plus
- Excellence in customer presentations and evangelical selling of the solutions would be a tremendous plus
- Strong self starter with track record of accomplishment
