In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, modifying and managing activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release. The position serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the products move to completion and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle, from product release through maintenance of the product and end of life decisions. The individual will promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities and will ensure that products shipped meet specifications and quality goals. Experience with mobile handset and PC software application development with specific focus on media software or media management software development is required and PC and cross-platform mobile application experience is preferred.

The position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. The individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
