Position: .NET Software Engineer
Location: San Francisco

Details:
We are looking for a senior .NET Software engineer for a position in San Francisco (near BART)
Note that this is a full time direct hire position and it is onsite.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle
- Provide expertise on technical architecture and design
- Write detailed design and technical specifications
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews
- Direct the offshore team with innovative technical solutions and implementation
- Work with product managers to analyze functional requirements and technical feasibility
- Provide task details and estimates to project managers for project scheduling
- Participate in technical integration design and implementation discussions with partners
- Assist the production support team by researching, debugging and resolving critical production issues
- Troubleshoot and maintain production applications
Skills

Skills & Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience or MS in Computer Science with 5+ years
- Expertise with the Microsoft suite of web development technologies and methodologies, including Microsoft .Net, ASP.NET, AJAX, MVC, MSSQL, WCF
- Expertise with the .NET framework 3.5 along with solid experience in C#
- Expertise with database design and development and strong SQL ability
- Experience as a key member of a team involved in the development of a large scale web application
- Experience with at least one Object Relational Mapping technology (eg. NHibernate)
- End-to-end experience in Agile software development lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented principles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:
- Brokerage industry experience
- Salesforce.com development and integration
- Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services
- Experience with performance tuning a three tiered website
- Experience with JQuery and ExtJS
- Experience developing browser plugins for Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome
- Experience with Microsoft SSIS
- Experience working with an offshore development teams
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese highly desired
