Position: Well funded startup OSS-1701 seeks Lead QA Engineer in Redwood City, Ca

Our firm based in Redwood city, Ca is a small startup currently less then 10 employees. We are in Cloud Computing which in our case enables us to provide firms of all sizes critical development products for their development efforts. We are funded by 2 top VC including Marc Andreessen of Netscape and Loudcloud fame. We see our market opportunity to be superior to what VMware did for hardware to software infrastructure. We are looking for high caliber technical professionals to join our team

Skill:

- BSCS/BSEE with 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Must have extensive background working with Linux/Unix as well as significant expertise with Python/Perl
- Highly experienced in testing web applications, web services, and web application infrastructure
- Programming skills in C/C++ would be a plus for this role
- Experience working in startups as well as established firms
- Strong hands-on approach is critical in this role, as well as serving as team lead of other QA engineers
- Proven ability to generate systems test plans successfully
- Demonstrated track record of success
