Position: Senior Communications Director with SaaS background

As a Senior Communications Director based in San Francisco, CA, you will have the
opportunity to create a communications strategy for our organization, brand the company, implement global policies and procedures, and act as the face of the client to the public. As a member of our executive management team, you will direct our messaging and positioning in order to continue our success as a leader in the Software as a Service (SaaS) market. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years corporate communications experience. In-house.

- 10+ years demonstrated success in leading and managing a corporate communications team including PR, corporate communications and internal communications

- PR for Software as a Service required

- Experience building and managing successful international teams

- Proven track-record of building international brands

- Successful agency/vendor resource management experience

- Proven accomplishments in the development and execution of worldwide communication strategies and plans

Abilities:

- Fluency with social media tools and understanding of what drives authentic
conversations in the blogosphere and across social networks

- Ability to develop staff with varying degrees of experience

- Proven positive relationship with media and industry analyst communities

- Excellent verbal, public speaking and written communication skills
