Position: Blade Server Product Manager

Requirements:

- BSEE/CS (MSEE/CS preferred) with 5-10 years Server Systems Product
Management experience
- Strong understanding of computer system architecture, blade server systems, Gigabit Ethernet, InfiniBand, and SAN
- Hands-on server hardware and software experience
- Ability to translate product technologies into customer benefits
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate and persuade
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, organized
- Experience in product development for enterprise and HPC servers is a big plus Responsibilities
- Manage products through entire product lifecycle until EOL
- Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration with R&D, Sales, Manufacturing and customers
- Develop MRD and PRD
- Create product specifications and positioning documents
- Create and execute product launch and marketing plan
- Conduct tactical competitive analysis, and critical situation management
- Serve as third level sales support
