Our client, a global leader in the development and manufacture of
information technology and services needs to fill an opening for a
Developer.

JOB DESCRIPTION - RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developer
- Support Automation is a large, strategic, multi-year and
cross-division program within Client.
- Provide continuum of exceptional customer experience with Client
products and services.
- Target customer bases include enterprise business, SMB and channel
partners.
- Successful candidates will be located in a highly energized
environment, fuelled on creativity but grounded on meeting key business
need and enhancing shareholder value.
- Software developers redesigning and enhancing business
intelligence solution.
- Rebuilding solution requires in depth knowledge of technical
skills.
- Requires cross organizational engagements necessary to complete
solution in  timely manner.
- Requires working with best shore teams in India collaboratively.
- Engagement with best shore teams, requires developers to work
using flexible working hours.

REQUIRED SKILLS - EXPERIENCE:
- Software design, implementation  for complex projects using
- Windows and Linux
- Java based OO Programming
- Business Objects
- Informatica
- Oracle 11
- Data Integration and management skills
- Very strong skills in software test automation is  highly
desirable.
- MUST have proven track record creating business intelligence
solutions
- Must use requirements and in depth technical skills quickly create
data models, source the data from various upstream systems; development
data extraction
- Must have Informatica experience and build reports using BO
- Prior Oracle performance tuning experience for DB developer a plus
- Previous experience in data security and user access management is
also a plus
- Must have strong working experience in all software development
life cycle  phases
- Must have ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Work in an agile manner to build solution.
- Understanding XML and regular expressions desirable.
- Must have ability to create efficient data models to represent
configuration and incident data for a variety of H/W platforms.
- Proven ability to learn and analyze requirements quickly.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Expertise in issues resolution and risk mitigation.
