Position: CPFR Analyst II job in SanDisk - Milpitas, CA

In this position, the individual will be responsible for interfacing with Sales (limited Retailer exposure) to establish SanDisk as a best-in-class vendor by improving deliver predictability, reducing WOS and increasing In-Stocks. This involves partnering and influencing other organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Inventory and Operations Planning to embrace the consensus forecast, the established processes, enhance existing ones and implement new systems. Relationship management is critical and selling/negotiations skills are required within SanDisk. Domestic travel will be required in this very fast paced environment. Applicants must be an analytical, independent, self-starter capable of multi-tasking all phases of CPFR across several customers. Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are key when driving new ideas.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of experience and experience in a retail environment (specifically with Wal-Mart). The individual must also have experience running CPFR programs for an electronics manufacturer with top electronics retailers and mass-merchandisers, forecasting and using collaborative methods following the CPFR approach, Scorecard Management such as tracking performance of SanDisk with our major customers including OOS rates, performance to shipment measurements, inventory levels, expedites and strong analytic skills to complete Forecast development, tracking and analysis. The individual must also have strong execution to support Sales Operations and Demand Planning to ensure Customers receive required product to boost sales and support overall SanDisk/key customer relationship and CPFR scorecard parameters and be able to facilitate activities across functions within SanDisk and collaborate with key SanDisk Customers. Lastly the individual must be able to use their presentation and interpersonal skills to inspire colleagues to invest time and energy in forecasting efforts and supporting the CPFR process have a solid experience working with Sales and Marketing and a familiarity with consumer electronics retailers a must
