How to use Hot Computer Jobs Blog
Overview
The founder of Taragana, receives numerous job postings each day from various sources - friends, acquaintances, different alumni mailing lists, java architects mailing list , vc mailing lists etc. He is not looking for a job.
He created this blog to share his and his friends job leads with everyone.
Normally the very best jobs are only made available in inner circles first, to friends and (ex-)colleagues you know and respect, before being posted to public job boards, if at all they are posted there. This is an experiment to make such jobs available to everyone.
Of these high quality jobs only the best jobs are posted after careful screening. This site is about getting access to high quality jobs many of which would not normally be accessible to you, even if you are well connected.
Features
This blog is fully searchable. It is important that you regularly check the blog for the hottest and latest jobs before they are grabbed by someone else.
You can also subscribe to the mailing list (check the right hand column of this page). Email of latest job postings will be sent to you once a day. Your email will never be sold to anyone. Read more about our Privacy Policy.
If you are RSS savvy the you can subscribe to the RSS or Atom feed (requires feed readers like FeedDemon, FeedReader, Bloglines, Firefox etc.) to keep tab on the latest job postings.
The best part is that you can subscribe to jobs which are interesting to you. For example if you are looking for Java Jobs only then you can subscribe to https://hotjobs.taragana.com/index.php/search/java/feed/. This is a RSS 2.0 feed containing only Java jobs. Alternatively you can bookmark this url- https://hotjobs.taragana.com/index.php/search/java/ for specifically Java jobs. To give another example - if you are interested in graphic design jobs then your URL to bookmark will be https://hotjobs.taragana.com/index.php/search/graphic+design/ and your RSS feed will be https://hotjobs.taragana.com/index.php/search/graphic+design/feed/.
Wish you best of luck in your job hunt!
