Position: Sr C++/C# Engineer
Location: Nashua, NH

Company:
We have an immediate opening for a Principal Software Engineer. The
candidate will be responsible for the development of our next generation
of host based products. This will involve designing new solutions and
writing functional specifications. The candidate is expected to do full
time hands on programming which includes implementing, maintaining and
unit testing new and existing features on Microsoft Windows platform.

Required (Must Have) Skills and Experience (7+ years):
1. Expert C++ & C# software developer with storage background.
2. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system
architecture.
3. Expert level ability to interact with kernel objects, file system
and core OS components.
4. Demonstrable experience in designing & implementing cross platform
applications.
5. Strong knowledge of object oriented design, data structures &
multi-threading.
6. Expert level design, debugging & problem solving skills in
software engineering.
7. Superb command on using 3rd party and application specific APIs.
8. Experienced in implementing client server applications, managing
remote clients and file sharing.
9. Good understanding of security & permission issues on MS Windows
platform.
10. Good understanding of .NET framework, Windows Forms Applications &
.NET Remoting.
11. Good understanding of .NET & COM interactions on MS Windows
platform.

Experience with any two of following is a big plus:
1. Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux storage
stack.
2. Experience in using the iSCSI protocol.
3. Experience in implementing device drivers in I/O space.
