Position Responsibilities - Summary:

This position is responsible for the management of the Resource Management
Group within Information Services and reports to the Director, IS Business
Management. A main objective of this position is to ensure the department’s
vast resources are optimized and the work is planned effectively.

Keys to this position:

1. Client is looking for an individual that has strong Leadership and
Change Management skills with significant experience managing a PMO in a complex organization that is similar in scope and size - Experience creating and/or managing one or more successful PMOs at other organizations of similar size to IS department (50+ Project Managers, 200+ projects/year, and 900+ total resources). This individual must be able to define a strategic direction, build consensus among senior leadership, and deliver a world-class PMO.

2. This senior-level individual will have had up-through-the-ranks
experience in Project Management, PMOs, and financial planning. This
position requires an individual with an excellent track-record of team and
people management. Strong analytic and communication skills are also
required. Demonstrated influence, leadership, and collaboration skills are
paramount to the success of this individual. Finally, this person must be
able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from the
project managers to the CIO.

3. This individual will also be responsible for the Talent Management
function which includes Professional Development programs, Training, On
Boarding, etc.

4. This candidate will have strong influencing skills and a strong
background as a Project and Program manager.

Compensation:
