Manages the information technology department in accordance with organizational policies and goals.
 Duties and Responsibilities:
*      Oversees daily operations.
*      Ensures proper functioning of company’s information processing system and makes upgrades as necessary.
*      Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve. Ensures proper functioning of company’s information processing system and makes upgrades as necessary.
*      Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency. Create and run Crystal reports, Create and run magazine  labels, Create and run Web Trends reports.
*      Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs.14 Servers/ 45 workstations
*      Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
*      Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
*      Responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organization’s network.
*      Analyzes network and recommends upgrades/changes; assesses organization’s current and future network needs.
*      Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN.
*      Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan
*      Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.Provides technical support and guidance to users.
*      Coordinates IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
*      Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. May assist in system implementation and/or training.
