- Articulate and effective in explaining technology issues and their implications to non-technologists.
- Aggressive about modeling and driving the adoption of software engineering practices that maximize quality, efficiency and predictability.
- Thoughtful, creative, collaborative, and decisive.
The successful candidate will have:
- A track record demonstrating exceptional hands-on technical skills, innovation, leadership and a passion for delivering SaaS products that delight customers with their ease of use and effectiveness.
- A demonstrated ability to move fast and drive change.
- The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a finely tuned balance of technical purity and pragmatism.
- Experience building SaaS applications on the Microsoft technology stack at large companies and in smaller or start-up situations.
- A BSCS or equivalent degree and at least ten years of software development experience primarily focused on development of large-scale
web applications, with at least some experience as an architect.
