Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate(s) will support enterprise Identity Management and Access Management solutions by: analyzing client requirements and designing solutions; defining associated IT requirements for setup and architecture; programming the solutions; and/or implementing and administering solutions. He/she must successfully work together with other engineers, administrators, and the client (s) as needed while assessing these requirements and implementing the solution(s). This will include, but not be limited to, creating the necessary engineering diagrams taking into consideration all HW, SW, storage, and systems security requirements; researching and recommending state-of-the-art solutions; and programming and implementing the solution at all required sites. The successful candidate may be supporting 1 or more projects and/or assisting business development with the acquisition of additional projects. Work is based in Northern Virginia, but candidate(s) must be able to travel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of technical experience, including significant analytical and programming skills. Must have strong skills in structured programming; strong understanding of architectures; and experience in several (but not all) of the following: J2EE Development and understanding of JAVA containers; strong SUN JES (access manager, directory server, portal server and/or identity manager ) experience; JES administration; Sun IdM Knowledge, Single Sign On (SSO) implementation; CAC and PKI; ability to contribute in the areas of design and documentation; and potentially assist with planning and customer meetings. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be flexible to work in a fast moving environment and growing environment requiring dedication. In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a Government-granted security clearance.

Additional Desired Skills, Education, Experience or Attributes:
Experience with developing and implementing a variety of identity and access management, enterprise directory and enterprise services (SOA) technologies/solutions. Experience in a leadership role a plus as it may be needed immediately or in the future along with a commanding presence and great presentation skills.
