Role: Team Leaders For Software Engineering in Java/J2EE or C#-.Net

Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to $120K+

Required Skills and Competencies:
· Strong software development background with a proven track record of success
· Experience with the complete software engineering process - unit testing, source control, continuous build, UML, documentation generation, are all examples.
· Strong interpersonal skills. You will need to command the respect of the technical team, and guide them as a player/coach/mentor.
· 3 + years of proven leadership skills and experience leading small teams
· Either 5+ years of software development using Java/J2EE – Oracle – and related technologies or C# - .Net – SQL Server – and related technologies or a combination of both. Deep understanding of the technologies and a passion to extend and expand that knowledge.
· Must have experience with browser-based applications
· Ability to get up to speed quickly and to learn and apply new technologies
· Experience building custom software with high customer contact a huge plus
· Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
· Superior communication and customer skills
· Batchelor’s Degree

The Team Leaders are key to how well my client is able to execute their projects. They are responsible for architecture and design decisions, for marshalling the technical team, and for providing the level of technical insight and understanding that makes the difference between an adequate project and a truly superior one.
