Sales Training Manager (Extensive high-tech background and sales training delivery and creation of programs)

· High caliber BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution or equivalent experience.
· 5-10 years experience developing sales training and tools. Demonstrable experience with direct sales, enterprise field sales, and partners in global organization is a plus.
. Individual must be highly flexible and able to travel 25-50% mostly on the west coast
· High degree of comfort organizing and driving technical training programs. This should include a willingness to research technical issues and present them in the context of business value delivered.
· Training experience with management consulting firms, global enterprise sales, content delivery networks, or rich media solutions is valued
· Strong writing and presentation skills that contribute to the transfer of market insight, technological advantage, and
effective sales technique.
