Role: ERISA/Financial Services Attorny

Basic Requirement:

*Minimum of four to seven years of relevant experience.

*Top-tier law firm or in-house company experience (tenure with a governmental agency, such as the IRS or DOL may be considered inmeeting this requirement).
*Understanding of ERISA and Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
* Excellent academic credentials.
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ERISA and regulatory concepts to various internal and external audiences.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
*Members of California Bar and local candidates preferred.

Job Responsibility:
The ideal candidate must work with our services development teams to ensure new and
existing services and related materials meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and comply with company policies and standards. The right candidate must prepare and update white papers on legal and regulatory issues.and maintain library of responses to client’s ERISA question.

Must be ready to work with our marketing, sales and customer service
professionals to develop, secure and support key distribution channels and client relationships. Negotiate commercial and technology agreements to support our core service and business needs.

The ideal candidate must manage trademark and copyright portfolio and monitor appropriate usage. Champion our firm’s compliance policies and risk management controls within the supported business teams. Special projects as requested.
