Position Responsibilities - Summary:
The SAP Project Manager (PM) supports the Project Management Office by
managing development, maintenance, and adherence to the project plan for the
rollout of a multiple-phased, multi-country, Lead-to-Quote (SAP CRM and ECC)
solution. The SAP PM will be responsible for coordinating inside and outside
activities of third parties when needed. The SAP PM would assist the PMO in
developing subsequent phase plans of CRM and ECC rollout and development of
associated budget. This position will oversee all SAP project team members
to identify opportunities for business process improvement through
technology. The position will lead efforts to streamline and harmonize
current processes, extend functionality through implementation of new
functionality and continually review emerging SAP solution offerings to
assess potential benefits

The SAP PM will be expected to adopt current IT project management
methodologies.  Specifically, the SAP PM is responsible for projects from
initiation to delivery ensuring on-time delivery within the established
project budget and approved scope.  The SAP PM is accountable to utilize
his/her project management experience to develop and deliver appropriate and
cost effective solutions while adhering to quality guidelines and design
principals.

The SAP PM will possess professional communication and presentation skills
to effectively communicate & influence executive business partners and IT
management.  The SAP PM will demonstrate a detailed understanding and a high
level of competence related to project, risk & change management
methodologies.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Project Management of multiple global SAP CRM and ECC
implementations. Effectively applies company/industry-standard (e.g., PMI,
ASAP) methodology and enforces project standards.

-  Project Plan Development - taking the results of other planning
processes and putting them into a consistent, coherent work plan

- Project Plan Execution - carrying out the project plan by
performing the activities therein

- Scope Management - developing, defining and managing scope for the
project

- Change Control - coordinating changes across the entire project

- Project Time Management - identifying the activities that much be
performed, documenting interactivity dependencies, estimating the
activities, developing the schedule, and controlling changes to the project
schedule.

- Project Cost Management - determining what resources needed to
perform the activities, and developing an estimate of costs of the resources
to complete the project activities.

- Project Quality Management - identifying which quality standards
are relevant, evaluating overall project performance, and monitoring
specific project results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepares for project reviews and quality assurance.

- Team Development  - developing individual and group skills to
enhance project performance

- Project Communications Management - communications planning &
management and collecting and disseminating performance information to
include status reporting, progress measurement, and forecasting.

- Administrative Closure - generating, gathering and disseminating
information to formalize projects or phases completion. Ensures project
documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

- Project Risk Management - risk identification, quantification, and
responding to changes in risk over the course of the project.  Works with
consulting partner to minimize company project exposure and risk on project.

- Vendor Relationship Management - works with consulting partner
project manager to reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to
other internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred field of study Information
Systems or Business Management

- Minimum 5 years experience as a SAP project manager

- Managed a minimum of 3 CRM/ECC projects

- Experience within software industry

- Experience with companies of a similar size desirable - $1B+ -
Global - 40+ countries - Several Thousand Employees

- Experience SAP implementations in more than one company

- Global SAP PM experience

- SAP CRM 2007 experience a plus

- PMP certification a plus
