Position Responsibilities - Summary:
As the CRM Solution Architect, you will provide the technical leadership and
staff mentorship for our SAP CRM team. Your CRM product knowledge and your
expertise in CRM processes, CRM solutions, CRM integration, CRM data
migration, and CRM custom development will be used as you lead envisioning,
architecture, and design discussions. You will be part of the Enterprise
Architecture team and will work to refine and enhance our implementation
methodologies practice.

We’ll look to you to contribute to the development of strategies, policies,
and best practices. As part of your project delivery responsibilities you
will participate when needed as a technical expert and SME. You will design,
develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer’s strategic business
or technical requirements. You will lead the implementation with
responsibility for the delivery of the technical architecture designs,
strategies, and quality assurance plans that will be delivered.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers in the
design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in
the Statement of Work. You’ll create project status reports and accurately
track/manage project issues and risks.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Architect CRM solutions in projects driven by IS&T

- Define and promote enterprise architecture standards and
strategies

- Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to
meet business objectives

- Support executive management and project teams in technology
decisions and implementation of technology strategy

- Be the SME in CRM arena

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required

- Minimum 5 years of intensive experience in SAP CRM applications -
SME - SAP 2007 Experience Preferred

- Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing at least 2
SAP CRM implementation cycles

- Certification in the area

- Good understanding of SOA, Application integration patterns, UML
based modeling, and Agile development methodology

- Experience in the software industry

- Experience with companies of a similar size desirable - $1B+ -
Global - 40+ countries - Several Thousand Employees

- Experience in diverse system and application design in large
heterogeneous enterprise environments

- Strong CRM Process-Oriented

- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication at all
organizational levels

- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines
and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (documentation,
presentations, research, etc.)

- Ability to analyze problems, process complex data, establish
facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Open and willing to learn new technologies to provide solutions
when required

- Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills

- Strong documentation skills, including experience writing
statements of work

- Possess experience with strategic planning and ability to work
with/present to Senior/Executive Management

- Strong project management, customer service, and conflict
resolution skills

- Possession of broad understanding of company business issues and
their integration with broad and complex information systems applications

- Effective communication skills, leadership skills, presentation
skills, problem-solving skills, project management skills, teaming skills
and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated, self-supervised and solution driven
