information technology and services needs to fill an opening for a
Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Manager
- In charge of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and
controlling business processes within a call tracking system.
- Performs under guidance of senior PMs as well as independently
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm: Chance of OT - flexibility is required

REQUIRED SKILLS - EXPERIENCE:
Must have:
- Project Management and/or Business Process documentation
experience
- Team focused and a can-do attitude is a must
