Required Skills and Competencies:

· Strong software development background with a proven track record of success
· Either 2 – 5+ years of software development using Java/J2EE – Oracle – and related technologies or C# - .Net – SQL Server – and related technologies or a combination of both.
· Strong knowledge of OO techniques
· Must have experience with browser-based applications
· Ability to get up to speed quickly and to learn and apply new technologies
· Experience building custom software with high customer contact a huge plus
· Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
· Superior communication and customer skills
· Bachelors Degree

Position Responsibilities – Summary:

Software Engineers - Developers participate in the specification, design, and implementation of client software solutions. You will work with the team to evaluate candidate technologies and approaches, and have significant autonomy and responsibility to implement the solution.
