Salary: Up to $105K+ DOE + Bonus
Requirement:
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE:
· Experience administering DNS, DHCP, File, Print, Active Directory and group/security policies in an enterprise network environment.
· VMware - Hands on experience with large scale VMware environments (VMware 3.0.x and VirtualCenter and 2.0.x) in development and production settings, including implementing, troubleshooting, managing, configuring,
disaster recovery and patching. (VDI, LabManager)
· Microsoft Exchange Administration – Exchange 2003 – Mail Archiving (Symantec Enterprise Vault), OWA, SMTP and Journaling Experience (EMC Centera)
· BlackBerry Administration – Multiple BES Environment, SRP, Monitoring and Policy Implementation
· Experience supporting Citrix MetaFrame / Presentation Server 4.0 and 4.5
· Knowledge and / or configuration of Citrix products including Citrix Access Gateway, NetScaler, SSL VPN and solutions Backup and Restore Technologies
· Live Communication Server (LCS) – Experience in administration and migration on a Global Scale.
· Full Systems and Application Life Cycle Management, Risk Management/ Vulnerability Management, Security/Infrastructure Design, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Disaster/Contingency Planning,
Certification/Compliance Testing
· Demonstrated project management experience in large cross team environments
· Datacenter Experience – Ability to take pride in maintaining an enterprise class Datacenter following standards and documentation on all builds and racking.
· Windows OS and hardware administration, security management and patching, performance monitoring and disk administration in a SAN (EMC) Environment
· SAN Experience – Experience with Storage Arrays and HBA’s. (CLARiiON, Centera and NAS Appliances) Comprehensive understanding of replication technology as applied to Disaster Recovery Situations.
(Active/Active – Active/Passive)
· Backup and Restore Technologies – Disk Based – CommVault and Live Vault
· Software patch management – Maintaining OS Level Patches across all Production and Development Servers.
· Highly experienced with IT processes such as Patch Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Project Management, Business Continuity Plan, Customer Service, and Vendor Relationship Management.

Position Summary:
The Infrastructure Engineer will be part of the Information Technology department. Under the guidance of the Infrastructure Manager you will coperate and maintain back office technologies.
Based in Boston, this position will require some domestic and international travel. This is a full time position. Occasional night and weekend hours are required for scheduled system maintenance and upgrades.
Position Responsibilities – Detailed:
· Assist with ongoing global production systems and network maintenance.
· Performs day to day operational duties
· Worldwide system and network reporting, and monitoring.
· Assist with creation, management and maintenance of global systems documentation.
· Performs ad hoc infrastructure requests
· First point of escalation for Infrastructure issues from Helpdesk
· Problem definition and remediation
· New systems procurement, base builds, and upgrades
· Ongoing improvement of technical knowledge
· Participates in paid rotation for after hours support escalation coverage.
· Work with worldwide colleagues and external support providers to solve technical problems
· Ensure daily backups are complete, monitor disk storage utilization, monitor system performance
· Monitor system event logs using system management tools
