Role: Software Developer - Bellevue, WA - Fulltime – Talisma/nGenera

Requirement:

Education:
Bachelor Degree or higher required.

* B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with 3-4 years of relevant Industry experience.
* Experience with web development and web based applications using Microsoft technologies.
* Experienced & skilled in design & development of middle-tier components.
* Strong Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net
* Strong working knowledge of .NET 3.0 and 3.5 framework, WCF and WWF, and Web Services.
* Solid understanding of RDBMS including MS SQL Server and Oracle.
* Excellent fundamentals of Windows Operating Systems.
* Ability to work & communicate effectively across teams located globally.
* Interpersonal skills (good listener, patient, action oriented)
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Self-discipline and self-motivated
* Learning and decision making capabilities
* Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
* Team player
* Willing to travel occasionally

Responsibility:

* Design, construct and maintain applications in collaboration with other developers, QA engineers, and product managers
* Document logical and physical designs, review ideas with peers and present designs to the team for comments and suggestions
* Assess requirements, technology tradeoffs and logical / physical designs, and develop accurate schedule estimates
* Understand product life cycle and change management while handling multiple on-going new development and maintenance tasks
* Tenacity to work with service and support organizations and directly with customers to support Talisma solutions
* Collaborate with the Talisma global development organization spread across 3 different locations
